Requirements:

1.4 - 1.8 constant
22mm - 32mm (not converted to APS-C)

The candidates:

Canon 28mm (44mm APS-C) f/1.8
Sigma 30mm (48mm APS-C) f/1.4 EX DC HSM - link
Canon 35mm (56mm APS-C) [...]
